Fixed-fee, 2–4 week assessment of one discipline, ending in a written action plan. This is the universal entry point — most engagements begin here.

What it is
Project-based work with a defined scope and endpoint. We bring structured methodology and a commitment to building internal capacity — so the work continues after we're gone.

What it is
Ongoing monthly retainer with regular touchpoints and on-call access. Best suited for disciplines that require sustained oversight rather than a single project.

What it is
